RobyContracts came out of a boring problem
Renewing a commercial lease is an hour of copying last year’s document, changing names, recalculating the rent by hand, and chasing the tenant over WhatsApp for a copy of their ID. It gets done badly, it gets done late, and sometimes it does not get done at all.
Why it exists
Because repetitive work is exactly what a machine should be doing, and judgement — how much to raise the rent, who to lease to, which clause to negotiate — is exactly what it should not. RobyContracts does the mechanical part and leaves you the part that matters.
Part of AskRoby
AskRoby is AI memory for your important documents: you store them, it searches them, warns you before they expire, and answers questions about them with a citation. RobyContracts is the same idea taken all the way for one specific document — the lease — so it does not just remember it, it drafts it, renews it, and carries it through to signature.
Built for how leasing is done here
Rent is computed from INEC inflation. The form asks for a cédula, RUC or passport. Risk screening follows UAFE. Signing uses the .p12 you already have. None of this is a config toggle in a generic product translated from English — which is why it was built here.
How we make a living
We charge per contract created or renewed. We do not sell your data, we do not charge you to store your documents, and we do not charge you to warn you about an expiry. In a month where you create no contracts, you pay us nothing.
The next renewal date you miss costs more than this does
A lease contract takes a long hour of copying, pasting and double-checking. Here it takes minutes — and the numbers are right.
