Renewing an existing contract

    Upload the expiring contract

    PDF, Word, or a photo of the paper. The AI reads it and fills the form: landlord, tenant, cédula or RUC, address of the unit, dates, rent, deposit, line of business. Every field shows you where it came from, so you can check it.

    Review what the AI pulled out

    What it recognised is filled in; what it did not is left blank. It never invents a value to plug a hole: it would rather leave it empty and tell you.

    Let INEC set the rent

    The new rent is proposed from the official inflation for the period. You see the whole calculation: previous rent, index applied, new rent. You can override it if you agreed on something else.

    Send the tenant their link

    They get an email with a private link. They confirm their details, correct what changed and fill in what is missing — from their phone, typing or dictating. You see in your dashboard when they opened it and when they finished.

    Generate, sign, deliver

    RobyContracts builds the .docx from your template, plus the PDF. Each party downloads it, signs it in their own Adobe with their own certificate, and uploads the signed PDF. At the end, both get the completed contract by email.

And a brand-new contract?

Same thing, without the first step. You fill the form from scratch (or send the tenant the link so they fill it), and it follows the same path: generate, sign, deliver.

About signing

RobyContracts does not sign for you and does not want your certificate. It generates the unsigned PDF; you sign it with your .p12 in your own Adobe Acrobat or Reader, exactly as you always have, and upload the signed PDF back. Your certificate and its password never leave your computer.
