How your contracts work

What you do not use is kept

If your plan includes 3 a month and you use 1, the other 2 stay in your account for the month you renew several at once. Pick the plan for your AVERAGE, not for your busiest month.

If you need one more

You never get stuck: the extra contract costs $3.00. If you go over every single month, moving up a plan is cheaper — and you can do it whenever you want.

Move up and down, lose nothing

Change plan any month you like. The contracts you already had banked STAY YOURS: moving down a plan does not take them away.

If you cancel

Your banked contracts stay usable for another 6 months, and every month we email you how many are left. Your documents and your data stay put, and you can download them whenever you want.

What counts as a contract

A contract is a document you create or renew: it is deducted when you generate it. Storing it, opening it, downloading it again, getting expiry alerts, or re-sending the tenant their link COSTS NOTHING. If a contract falls over halfway through, we do not charge you for it.
