How do refunds work?
Single contract purchase
Ask for a refund within 7 days of payment. We refund the money for the available contracts you have not yet used to create a contract.
First-contract guarantee
If your first purchase was a single contract ($3.00), we refund the full $3.00 even if you already used it to create a contract. Once per customer.
Monthly plan payment
Ask for a refund within the first 5 days after the charge. We refund the part of the payment for that month’s available contracts you did not use. IMPORTANT: asking for a refund does not cancel your monthly plan; next month you will be charged again. If you want to cancel the plan completely, press “Cancel my plan” in your account (under Subscription or Refunds). We recommend this order: first ask for the refund, then cancel the plan.
You ask for a refund from your account, under Refunds, and Polar, which processes payments, sends the money back. Full conditions in the Terms
How your contracts work
What you do not use is kept
If your plan includes 3 a month and you use 1, the other 2 stay in your account for the month you renew several at once. Pick the plan for your AVERAGE, not for your busiest month.
If you need one more
You never get stuck: the extra contract costs $3.00. If you go over every single month, moving up a plan is cheaper — and you can do it whenever you want.
Move up and down, lose nothing
Change plan any month you like. The contracts you already had banked STAY YOURS: moving down a plan does not take them away.
If you cancel
Your banked contracts stay usable for another 6 months from the end of the month you already paid for, and every month we email you how many are left. During that time you sign in, use what is left and download whatever you want. When the 6 months are up your documents are deleted: we warn you 30 days and 7 days before, with the exact date. Buy again before that date and they are kept for another 6 months.
If you delete something by mistake
What you delete goes to the trash and can be restored for 30 days. And if you want it gone today, there is a button to delete it for good, files and all.
Everything included, in every plan
Plans only change how many contracts you create per month. Everything RobyContracts does is in all of them — including the free one.
It reads the old contract for you
Upload the expiring contract and the AI pulls out the data: parties, ID numbers, dates, rent, deposit. You just review it.
Your own templates
Upload your contract in Word, with your wording and your clauses. RobyContracts fills it in; it does not impose a format on you.
The new rent, calculated
Renewals read the increase clause of the previous contract, compute the new rent with official inflation (INEC in Ecuador, DANE in Colombia) and show you where every number came from.
The tenant reviews it by link
You send a private link: they complete and correct their own details from their phone. If they drop off, they resume where they left.
Review and upload history
See when the review link was opened and when a PDF was uploaded as signed. RobyContracts does not verify who signed it.
Sign without exposing your certificate
You download the PDF, sign it in your own Adobe with your .p12, and upload it back. Your certificate never passes through here.
Word and PDF whenever you want
Download the contract as .docx or .pdf as many times as you need, at no extra cost.
Expiry alerts
We warn you before a contract expires, so the renewal does not catch you late. Included in every plan.
Your contracts are yours
Each company sees only its own. RobyContracts does not train models on your documents. Requests with contract content through OpenRouter require providers that do not collect or keep the information sent.
What counts as a contract
A contract is a document you create or renew: it is deducted when you generate it. Storing it, opening it, downloading it again, getting expiry alerts, or re-sending the tenant their link COSTS NOTHING. If a contract falls over halfway through, we do not charge you for it.
